Florida Shuts Down the Implementation of the PPACA

Florida's political leadership has decided that they know best whats good for Florida's citizen and shut down the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Normally, under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a judge’s ruling cannot be enforced for 14 days after entry of judgment. Obviously, other rules apply in Florida. So what is going to happen now? Well, insurance companies can rescind policies, reintroduce life-time insurance limits, deny coverage for children. Sounds like a Brave New World to me.
